Terms of Service
These terms of service govern the use of Nordesk CRM provided by Fleeca ApS. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service use
Nordesk CRM is provided for business use. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law, and access requires an active agreement and user account.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for user access, credentials, and security. The customer must ensure that data entered is lawful, accurate, and necessary, and that a valid legal basis exists for processing personal data.
Billing and payments
The subscription is billed per user per month plus a setup fee. Payment terms are specified in the offer or invoice, and non-payment may result in temporary suspension.
Support and availability
We provide free support during business hours (9-17) through agreed channels. We aim for high availability, but planned maintenance and interruptions may occur.
Liability limitation
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Termination and changes
The agreement can be terminated according to the agreed terms. Upon termination, the customer may request a data export within a reasonable period. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
